These sound lovely,can't wait to give them a go but if I can't get ground Chicken how can I do it?...if I only have Chicken breast that is?...& i don't have a mincer or blender...sharp knives & a grater I do!😉🙃😊

If that's what you have, then make the most of it. Spoken like a true chef, sometimes you have to improvise.

We only have ground beef or lamb in uk. Not seen ground chicken, would of loved to cook it

Well all I can say is maybe a butcher will grind some of you don't have a grinder. Otherwise just use some ground pork in its place. Good luck 😊
