In my country they don't sell that quick yeast. Can i use regular dry yeast and do i than use the same ammount? Thanks in advance. Oh ...i almost forgot. Can i use rye flour in place of white?

you can use regular yeast instead, but will need to take about use a quarter of the water and mix it with the yeast and let it bubble up first. The water will need to be warm.

Rye flour will not really work with this recipe. white or whole meal wheat flour is best.

I made them and they are so soft and light , they got eaten quick so no pics, i will put pic up next time, make sure no one is in when i bake them haha

Does the flour have to be bread flour or can it be all purpose?

You can use all purpose, but bread flour is better. It is not bleached and has more protein so will have a creamier color and nuttier taste and aroma.
