I am trying to remember how to un gluten/dairy/egg/soy this. Is this like a sugar cookie dough or a chocolate chip dough? I'm thinking no corn starch, no gum, add egg, and swap to butter. That right?

The cornstarch & xanthan is my egg replacer. Everything else stays the same.
