Has anyone tried using this recipe for piping or other decorating designs with frosting?

Ues it is firm enough to pipe and when chilled after piping holds its shape really well

The recipe have a mistake in the butter amount, it says 12 oz (2 1/2 sticks).
12 oz is 3 sticks not 2 1/2. Which one is the correct measurement?

It’s 12 ounces which is 3 sticks, my mistake for sure, Thank you so much for asking and pointing it out. I fixed it!
