what if we don't have Pam spray like that..? Can we simply just put the chicken on foil and wrap it and put it in the oven ? and at what temperature we should bake it ?

Hey! if you dnt hav cooking spray, use a half teaspoon of oliveoil or veg oil and use your fingers to spread it all over your surface...or you can use non stick foil..you should bake at 350 degrees

Don't use curry POWDER. Use "Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste." Add a quarter cup water so the marinade gets all over everything in a big ziplock bag.I'm in Southern California... it's so hot in the summer, so if you need to cook outside. Put this on a sheet pan on indirect heat on your BBQ, covered like in the recipe... them over at the half way point. After 30 minutes uncover and remove from the (foil covered) tray and put directly on the hot part of the grill... Mark them up nice like in my photo if I can figure out how to post it. Turn a couple of times until you like the colors.I noticed another reviewer said they used parsley. Try cilantro for a more authentic curry experience.

Hi, I am planning on making these chicken wings for tomorrow marinating tonight, however i was wondering 1lb of wings is not a lot and it seems like 1/2 cup of curry powder, 10 cloves of garlic etc should be for more than just one pound. Am i reading the recipe incorrectly?
