i just cooked like this except using non-fat milk half of the broth.i used it for pasta sauce with oregano :) should be good with cumin! thanks!!

What a great idea! Sometimes I cook with milk too but never thought of using it as a pasta sauce! I'll try that too :) If you have a photo of your pasta I'd love to see it!
