My wife absolutely loves Coconut baked goods. I'd love to suprise her by making this. I'm in the U.S. and am not familiar with "Pure Young Coconut Water" and "Shredded Young Coconut Fruit"... Am I looking for those actual names on the containers or bags? Thanks for posting this recipe.. sounds delicious !

Hi, I live in the US too and it's easy to find those products in Asian groceries or even trader joe's! For young coconut water there are popular brands like Fico or Vita Coco, and shredded young coconut... Well I found it in Asian grocery store because it's easier to buy the shredded ones rather than cutting the coconut myself. (Young coconut is coconut with green color, the fruit is suitable for cakes. You use old coconut with brown color to make coconut cream, I hope it helps! )
