Hello. Did you use peaches in heavy syrup? If so, did you use the syrup.when boiling the peaches?

Yes I did use the peaches in heavy syrup. When I boiled the peaches I only used half of the syrup and reserved the other half for the top of the cobbler

Did you use 28 oz. or 20 oz. when you said large and what size pan.

I used the peaches in the pear juice, not heavy syrup to cut back on sugar. I used corn starch to thicken a little. It turned out great, you wouldn't know the peaches weren't in heavy syrup. DELICIOUS!!!!

This is the best recipe for peach cobbler!!! The directions need to be rewritten. There obviously was no proof read. If the directions were corrected this recipe would be the best there is!!!!!!

what exactly would you change? I would like to see the pan size added, and maybe add "in heavy syrup" to the canned peach description.
