Hi, did you use fresh coconut that you grated yourself? In my country is that not available. There’s dry grated, flaked or powdered coconut. Can i use that? And than the sticky rice flour. Here we have just “normal” rice flour, is t ok to use that? Thanks in advance.

You can use dry grated coconut. And you can mix rice flour with tapioca flour if sticky rice flour not find.
