2 Tbsp Green Peppers. Bring to boil, then let simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I corrected the recipe. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I used a whole green pepper, also can speed up the process a little by cooking the egg in with the meat, then filling them. Theae are delicious!
