To get the right kind of fat like omega-3's you should implement olive oil in your diet. Grassfed butters might be beneficial and coconut oil might sound intriguing but if its saturated its clogging your arteries.

Yes I agree I use a lot of olive oil, real butters, coconut oil. I went off my diet a while back. I really missed the way I felt now I am going back on it. Sometimes it more expensive to be on it, but those carbs really make you feel bad. It is worth the cost to have more energy, less weight problems, and having to take medications. Thank you for your input I am definitely listening!!!
