I have a few questions, would dusting the pan with just flour be enough, or do I also have to grease lightly with butter? Also, for the filling must it be custard or are there other options? How do you handle the custard cuddling when exposed to cold?

Yah dust with flour its ok,and dat typ of pan i used is locally made bt its non sticky,so i only dust with flour,yah when custard is cold it cuddle,so i used spoon to mix thoroughly untill smooth, yes dear there are diff.types of fillings,u can melt chocolate and fill your tart,so sweets or chocolate or corn flour.
