I use boxed GF cake mixes to make one serving desserts.1 egg
3 tbsp dairy-free milk
1 tbsp sweet liquid (honey, juice, whatever)
1/3 c gf cake mixMix together, put in wherever shape buttered microwave container. Microwave for 90 seconds.Enjoy as it is or with GF/DF ice cream.
