To make the sauce take all the sauce ingredients put into a bowl. Fry the pork till the pork fat is rendered and crispy. Then remove the pork. Add the vegetables to the drippings and fry till you like the vegetables doneness. Pour the sauce in to reduce it by half and add the pork coating the pork and vegetables with the sauce. I don't know what your boyfriend likes to eat. But this recipe has already been requested to be remade by my family.
