Looks deliciously wholesome! Would strong white flour and granary flour be okay? I assume the yoghurt is plain?

So funny, I just made this yesterday for myself! Yes, plain yogurt and you can use any kind of flours basically, but you might have to adjust the amount of yogurt. Try mixing it in gradually :)

Yeah, this is my go-to bread when I don't have time to make something with sourdough or yeast. You can add your favorite mix-ins like seeds, nuts, fruits to give extra flavor ;)
