Would you put the pasta in the fridge too? Or cook that fresh in day two?

good question. Add a little olive oil and heat on a low light and it should be fine.
Ideally though I think it best to make the pasta fresh.

cool thank you :) - will probably just make it fresh. Do you just heat up the bolognese in a pan / in the oven? (Feel like a microwave would cancel out all the hard work!)
