Honestly, it will be better with a little sugar in the dressing. I have gotten used to only using sugar in deserts because my man is diabetic and my deserts I hide! My lemon was actually sweet when I made this dressing so it didn’t have such a bite but I would recommend sugar- not to make it sweet but just to balance out the flavor.
