And a lot of guys want to hunt for antlers so a lot of people think deer meat isn’t as good as it can be.

Hmmm, come to think of it, it may be the age of the deer too. One time I accidentally shot a young buck thinking it was a doe and that meat was the best ever. Big antlers usually come on older animals.
