We bake our sweet potatoes for sweet potato pie. As we've found you lose some flavor boiling the potatoes.

I bake the potatoes, add nutmeg & lemon extract.

Did not have brown sugar pr nutmeg but changed the amounts a little and it turned out great! Thanks for sharing
