thanks Ryan !! You can use butter squash, red bean substitute of yam. Tuck in mozzarella cheese in the middle is a good idea too 😃

lol.. its look so complicated to make it. The opposite its so easy and fun. my fav part is blending the colour to the oil dough. I can't wait to see ur mooncake tho.. 😊

Its delicious 😃😃 You can stuff mozzarella cheese or mix with nuts for filling. Which pink pink do you mean? I using purple yam as a filling.

ohh.. I just added it. Cus Sally Ammar curious about it 😃 you are correct. At last pic, there are 2 colours. I divided 2 colours the oil dough. Really fun making it 😃

I only using few drops red food colouring Sally. All mooncake stuffed with purple yam. But you can modify with stuff mozzarella cheese in the middle of yam balls, or your fav nuts mixed with yam ball
