I would put more pineapple next time, and a little more vinegar in the Dijon. Also will get a less sodium hotdogs. And would put some chopped onion with the green ones. The green onions give a nice vision to the hotdogs. And also more cashews.😊

Also next time I will have my hotdogs on a Vietnamese bread. I am not fond of the hotdog bun. It just crumbles in my mouth. I think some thing little more chewy would be nice with the ingredients I used. What do you think?

That sounds like a good idea. And maybe you could also try toasting the hotdog bun?

I did toast the buns on skillet with ridge. I will try with Bánh mi. 😊
