I just finished working with dough, one more hour then I will make the glaze. My dough needed more flour then 1/2 cup Felice . It was too soft to handle or knead . I will post a picture after I finish baking .

Yeah, all together it's 1 1/2 - 2ish cups. When using volume measurements you always need to use your senses to know when the dough is ready, heh. I always weigh my stuff :P

My filling is too soft now. It's still warm. Do you think it will be thicker when it's cold?

Hmm I haven't made this in a while, but I believe the custard should thicken up as it cools. Did it work okay?
