I've made this twice and there is soooooooo much liquid at the bottom... Too liquidy and runny so has little flavor. Any suggestions?

What I've been doing is putting a sun dried tomato marinara on the bottom before placing the chicken. Then I toss some of that liquid up with angel hair pasta and serve the chicken over that.
