Thank you, the white chocolate cheesecake mousse layer is without eggs you could sub in a crumb crust or eggless,brownie bottom or even skip the crust and have a crustless torte!

Its so good! I'd add a little gelatin to the mousse because it doesn't hold its shape like a traditional cheesecake. But the taste was fantastic!
