Was the ceviche recipe yours? I'm not used to this new format! If so, I have been making many styles for 40yrs. I tried cubing avocado & lemon juice folded into mixture, Yummy!

It will taste just as yummy without the seafood Deepti. But, they're are faux tofu seafood items at your local Asian market if you're interested.
