Great recipe Leah, since I'm diabetic I was able to substitute with a sugar substitute and lower the carbs and it tasted great. I was never able to find low sugar western dressing in the stores...Thanks again!

Thank you. I can't wait to try this. I want a dressing without Hugh Fructose Corn Syrup.

Used to love Richelieu Western Dressing, but can’t find it in New England. This is great!

I used monk fruit instead of sugar. I'll reduce the amount next time because it was too sweet for me. Otherwise, my husband and I both loved it and will continue to make it instead of buying it.

So glad to be able to make an organic version of my favorite dressing! I had a little of the commercial fat free version left in a bottle, and this recipe is almost identical in taste. Thank you!

I have a friend who is severely allergic to anything that uses peppers, paprika or oleoresin. I will show this to her and see if she can try this.

This sounds great! Wondering if there would be textural or taste issues if I substituted honey for the sugar?

It's a pretty good recipe but I can't put that much olive oil in it. Just a tbsp or 2 of the oil and an extra tbsp of the honey and it's perfect!
