Beef Tortellini soup

I've made this 5 times before and its perfect every time. I do however add 4 teaspoons of hot sauce and used a can of petite diced tomatoes and added a teaspoon of parsley and Italian seasoning along with the basil. I used about a pound and a half more of beef that was well seasoned, 1 whole bag of baby carrots sliced, used more garlic, and slightly more celery added 1 small can of beef broth and 1 whole bag of tortellini and I topped each bowl with some shredded parmesan cheese and serve it with some crusty bread. Delicious !
