Thanks :) Simple, a little spicy. It's great. This is actually a variation on a restaurant dish that was on one of my first stations. But, with that one, I would use a super hot wok, and we made our own chili garlic oil. Hmm, I wonder if I can find the recipe for that stuff, it was delicious.
