Hie Gregory, sorry for late response. I have never started one though but I think the equipment will depend on what you intend to offer. I think you need a list of all you may need then get the supplies locally or import them.

Sorry for late response. Yes you grease and flour if you are not lining with muffin cases.

Hie. İ just use measuring cups but 1/2 cup oil is 125ml. Then 1cup flour is 120g i think

Waste of time. Taste bland, I added 1/3 of a medium orange zest & substitute the vanilla essence with mix essence gave a little taste .
