looks very easy to make..i am hoping you have sushi rice recipe too.My daughter tried to make rice ball on Sunday,my rice was not cooked sticky,she had trouble to hold them together.

Thank you Rae for message. I used Japanese rice And put cooked rice in big bowl when it’s so hot. And sprinkle Sushi vinegar mixture cooling using a fan. Please make immediately. I like sweet Sushi rice so if you like sour one please put less sugar.

I saw that, but it doesn’t explain what kind of rice you are using and how do you cook, i dam soaking the rice about half hour , I did used basmati rice. I don’t know if I need to keep the starch from rice or no.. thanks in advance
