I tried this tonight. It was good but I made the mistake of straining the meat when I set it to the side later realized I needed it to simmer for the 20mins ... But luckily my meat was cooked so we ate it. Oh I replaced the mushrooms with onions. Even with my huge mistake it was very good next time it will be perfect.

the maranade for meat is what makes the coating and also what browns in pan u leave for seasoning the rice. on bottom of pan and ties it all together and I eat raw onion and flour tortillas with it mushrooms are a extra I put in if u don't like all oil cut that in half but need that sticky cooked goo toake it blend right

Yeah I was devastated as soon as I realized what I'd done. But I think its a great Lil recipe and next time I'll get it right lol. Thanks for sharing it.

no problem try the manacotti can also freeze and reheat and tastes even better
