What is cholula sauce and is there an alternative for it if I can't get any,I want to give this dish a go !

it is just a brand of hot sauce, I really love the flavor, but you can use any type you prefer. For example Louisiana Hot sauce, Franks, etc.

Cholula is a hot sauce from Mexico. Louisiana hot sauce, we be a close substitute.
