Seems the right thing to do too cold water wash the small Beef Steak , might have done the wrong thing too wash under the cold water tap and then wring the Steak like a wet Dish Cloth - could have left the Beef Rump Steak sitting in Pasteurized Cow Milk for at least 6 hours . Is good too draw out what blood remains through good cooking and resting . Resting the cooked Beef Steak for too long - can course the beef Steak too lose it's tenderness . Is nice well done - as long as it's not over done
