Quick & easy; I substituted Ragú Double Cheddar Cheese Sauce cuz I don't care for the canned soup version. My son loves his with only sour cream but my man will load his up! Definitely on the menu! :positive

Made this super-easy taco meal for dinner. We added not only the meat mixture and lettuce to the tortilla, but a dollop of sour cream and a few dashes of hot sauce. EXCELLENT!
