The One big ball of homemade raw Pasta will last in the Fridge for One day . Don't have too make Tagliolini - will need too put segments of the raw rested Pasta Dough through a roller press , can use a cheap manual Pasta roller - dust with Plain Flour - leave flat and then cut with a sharp Kitchen knife into identical Pasta strands . Place all of them into boiling hot water immediately and boil on the hob for no longer than 7 minutes depending on the thickness of the fresh homemade Pasta strands
