@simplecooking_rama Sure, I shall share. Usually in the Bengali style the preparation is dry or semi dry and is enjoyed with steamed rice on its own or with Dal. Posto or khus khus is made into a paste and in mustard oil, after adding kalonji, jhinge is added and stirred, the khus khus paste is added with little water and added to the Jhinge, pinch of turmeric powder, slit green chillies, salt and stirred, cover to cook and maybe add 1/4 cup water. That’s it, Jhinge Posto is done
