These recipes are supposed to be salt-free, yet they call for salt, among the ingredients; they could harm people who are on a salt-free diet.

Thank you Li Mon. I recreated the recipe, deleted salt, people can now add flaked seasalt after cooking. I dont know why you think these traditional recipes are supposed to be salt free.

Thank you for reading my recipe, Li Mon. It is from the middle ages, they did not have refrigerators, they used salt. These recipes were not supposed to be salt free, but I reworked mine, not adding salt till served where desired, using refrigeration.
