let me know if you need help :). Trick is to cover well in oil with pastry brush so it doesn’t end up dry. Can’t wait to see the results :)

yes it will - little of it. Or you can use milk. Sparking water is the meant to be this secret ingredient back home that makes everything fluffier in baking. We put it even in pancakes. No idea if if it actually works :)
