Thanks Fenway. I meant to glaze the bacon with maple syrup, and cook it in the oven, but I forgot lol.
Jack the cat had a spiffing time finishing it off too. She had to put her feet up and loosen her collar afterwards though lol

haha, we have a cat Max who would have joined yourJack! I have glazed bacon with brown sugar and cayenne but not maple syrup I love that idea and will have to try it!
