I can mine.... So i have some fron january 2015.... But once i open it i refrigerate for up to 3 months.... Just like pickle relish

It says to add veggies twice. When do you actually add? First or second time?

The second time... i usually let the vinegar mix come to a boil for a few minutes... then add my veggies...

Do I do anything different if I’m not canning the chow chow? I’ve only made it before and canned it but this small amount I didn’t want to can it
