This looks good and easy, do you have a suggestion on meat cuts? If I make it I want those things, small pieces in order to maximize the surface area of the marinade.Any suggestions?

If you're a steak-kind-of-guy, I'd suggest some rib-eye steak, or skirt steak. For the skirt steak, grill it for about 2 minutes each side. you want it to be a medium on the inside. It can get tough if cooked too long. For chicken, I have a baked chicken wing recipe as well. it works really well. For pork, you can absolutely marinate some ribs or some pork belly.
