Whilst shopping within a Supermarket I discovered tin's White Kidney Beans 29/8/24 and so could use these instead of Red Kidney Beans . Is a very simple Minestrone very few ingredients and could put a little bit of cooked Rice into it - as well as the cooked Dried Spiral etc. Pasta

Have recently watched Jamie Oliver on Netflix his TV Cookery Shows February 2026 and Jamie Oliver made a Minestrone Soup and used shredded Cabbage in his - boil it in water on its own and then add it too the cooked Minestrone Soup
