Oh, yes! This looks like my cooking. On the other day, I sprinkled a little bit of grated Kaffir Lime fruit zest on this. I cannot describe the flavour. You got to try it one day, Philip.

This sounds good! Ill try with tofu ... and maybe squash. Any thoughts on other vegetables it would work with?

I was actually thinking of you when I made this, trying to work out a good vegetable. Perhaps aubergine or courgette also?
