But this is not Kadi.. it's Kutchi masala buttermilk/ Chaas.
In Kadi..we used besan flour in whisked curd and boiled it to thick mixture ,also sweetned with sugar or jaggery in it.

Yes i know mam kadi is prepared with besan but this recipe is from mangalore hope u will like it
