Grilled cheese! 2 slices of rye, butter, and 2 slices of pepper jack! Butter 1 side of each slice of bread then place the buttered side in a hot pan, place the cheese on that bread and place the other bread (butter side up) on top of the cheese! Flip continually until golden brown! This is my favorite!

You can also make a cheesy casserole! I suggest fried chicken covered in melted pepper jack!

Eat it. Just straight up. The whole thing. Just kidding. I'd recommend perhaps making some sort of fondue? Maybe even some sort of tex-mex chicken mac and cheese? Otherwise I can't imagine what all that cheese could be used for. Gave me a good laugh lol
