I saw a recipe on cookpad, just the same, brisket and onions, braised in no liquid.... but with butter too, began with an 'M' casserole... I think...

Hmmm, tried a couple searches, but not seein anything. Was it on your feed, or did you search? Sounds kinda like my roast though, hehe. Just onion, butter, star anise and miso, deilicious.
