Ooh Becky that looks delicious. I'm definitely going to try this recipie. I love broad beans, my parents used to grow them on their allotment. I'd never had them out of the shells (fleecy blankets) until Joanne did them that way once for me 😋 . Great you've got someone helping you out with the food prep 💕😘

Thanks Liz and how nice that they bring back family memories <3 <3 I remember picking them with my Grandma and shelling them in her kitchen. When they are just starting to be in season here in Spain people shell and eat them raw with a cold beer as a tapas. But these ones were a bit too floppy for that.
