Interesting intro too, didn't know fish was rationed. Fish and chips were introduced to Britain by Italian immigrants, another culinary debt we owe to multiculturalism!

That's what I wrote in the intro lol 😁 fish wasn't rationed because the government couldn't guarantee a regular supply of it
