Thank you Sonia. So easy to do . Garlic butter and fry on both ends for 2 minutes do they are brown and the middle is sort of see through then they are perfectly cooked. 😀

Iceland it was a big bag with 12 scallops in it . £11. Iceland . You only need 3 or 4 they are lovely. 😀
