Hello Angie! Thanks for reaching out I think it would work well with it; however, I would reduce a little bit more because moisture and pastry are not good friends. The taste will work nicely in your beef Wellington recipe. Hope I helped!

🙂 On a side note, you showed a smokeless indoor grill sometime back. I am really interested in purchasing one. The only one I have experience with is farberware. Any thoughts or suggestions?
